Analisis Bibliometrik: Dampak Perubahan Iklim dan Kualitas Udara terhadap Peningkatan Penyakit Menular pada Manusia

Latar belakang: Peningkatan penyakit menular diberbagai tempat disebabkan oleh perubahan iklim dan penurunan kualitas udara. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana perubahan iklim dan kualitas udara berdampak pada peningkatan penyakit menular.
Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode bibliometrik. Data diperoleh dari 25 artikel ilmiah yang dipilih menggunakan aplikasi Publish or Perish dari tahun 2019-2024. Kata kunci yang digunakan termasuk perubahan iklim, kualitas udara, dan penyakit menular. Tren topik, keterkaitan konsep, dan kepadatan variabel adalah beberapa elemen literatur yang berhubungan satu sama lain. Analisis ini dilakukan dengan VOSviewer.
Hasil: Menunjukkan bahwa faktor lingkungan seperti suhu, polusi udara, dan perubahan ekosistem sangat mempengaruhi penyebaran penyakit malaria, demam dengue, dan infeksi saluran pernapasan. Selain itu, paparan PM2.5 meningkatkan kerentanan terhadap infeksi virus, seperti COVID-19.
Kesimpulan: Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa perubahan iklim dan kualitas udara mempengaruhi perkembangan penyakit menular secara signifikan. Oleh karena itu, untuk mengurangi risiko kesehatan, diperlukan strategi mitigasi dan adaptasi, membuat intervensi yang efektif, disarankan untuk meningkatkan kebijakan lingkungan, meningkatkan sistem pemantauan kesehatan, dan bekerja sama lintas disiplin.
