Gambaran Tingkat Kecemasan pada Ibu Primipara, Multipara dan Grademultipara Di Desa Boneatiro dan Boneatiro Barat

Pendahuluan: Kehamilan, persalinan, dan masa nifas merupakan periode transisi yang dapat menimbulkan perubahan fisik, psikologis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat kecemasan pada ibu primipara, multipara, dan grandemultipara.
Metode: Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Jumlah responden pada penelitian ini Adalah 30 ibu di Wilayah Desa Boneatiro dan Boneatiro Barat. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama 4 minggu dimulai dari Agustus sampai September 2025. Pengumpulan data kecemasan menggunakan kuesioner Depression Anxiety Stress (DASS).
Hasil: Dari 30 responden, distribusi berdasarkan paritas dan tingkat kecemasan adalah sebagai berikut: kelompok primipara (9 orang, 30%) terbagi merata antara kecemasan normal, sedang, dan parah (masing-masing 3 orang), tanpa kecemasan ringan. Kelompok multipara (7 orang, 23%) didominasi kecemasan ringan (3 orang) dan sedang (4 orang), tanpa kategori normal maupun parah. Kelompok grandemultipara, sebagai kelompok terbesar (14 orang, 47%), sebagian besar mengalami kecemasan sedang (11 orang) dan sisanya parah (3 orang), tanpa kategori normal maupun ringan.
Kesimpulan: Penelitian ini menunjukkan tingkat kecemasan ditemukan pada seluruh kelompok ibu berdasarkan paritas, yaitu primipara, multipara, dan grandemultipara.
